Dubai Perfume Pre-Order & Shipping Policy

At Neliese Bliss Parfum , all Dubai perfumes are supplied on a pre-order basis. I do keep some stock on hand, unless specifically stated. 

How Pre-Orders Work:

1. Once your order has been placed, full payment is required to secure your perfume(s).

2. Payments may take up to 2 business days to reflect and clear.

3. Once payment has cleared, your order is placed with our supplier.

4. Supplier delivery to me generally takes 2–3 business days.

5. Upon receipt, your order will be carefully checked, packed, and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Out of Stock Items - 

While I make every effort to ensure product availability, stock levels can change without notice.

Should your selected perfume become unavailable after your order has been placed:

- You will be contacted directly as soon as possible.

- You may choose an alternative perfume of equal value.

- If no suitable alternative is selected, a full refund will be processed for the unavailable item.

Important Notes

- We cannot guarantee supplier stock availability until your order is placed and confirmed.

I will always communicate promptly regarding any stock or supply issues affecting your order.
